1. Conditions for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:

• The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items are unused, undamaged, and ideally in their original packaging.
• The package includes a completed return form.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

3. Receiving Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. This typically takes 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
